My name is Al, and like you, I love a good beer. On occasion I admit that I will drink a mass-produced lager, but only if there’s no craft beer on offer. I started beerliever.com to share my tastings of new beers and my home brewing experiences.
Like many of you, I’m sure, my journey in beer started somewhat before the authorities would like it to have begun, nonetheless, I quickly realised that Guinness and Caffreys were more palatable than Fosters and Castlemaine XXXX. What a surprise!
I’ve worked in and run pubs and bars, and have now been home brewing my own beers for around 3 years. That’s not nearly long enough to know much at all about how to do it, so I only share my process, and I’m always ready to learn, so please comment!
I’m also “kind of vegan”, which is a thing, so I do have an interest in Vegan Beers and stuff like that.
